For coaches

Riding Hall is software for filming, keeping and running your private lessons. You are the controller of your clients' records and the seller of your lessons; payments run through your own Stripe account under Stripe's terms. You subscribe monthly at the price stated when you sign up. You will film only with permission the product has recorded, in a controlled area, stopping if anyone else enters the frame; you will not record on personal devices or share through personal channels. Your accreditation, insurance and DBS status are shown to families as you state them; we do not verify them. We may suspend filming or playback on a safeguarding report. We never use lesson content for anything but your coaching.

For riders and parents

You use Riding Hall free. You can see your lessons, or your child's, book and pay your coach, withdraw filming permission at any time, and delete any lesson. A child's refusal to be filmed is final. Deletion follows the timetable in the privacy notice; some records are kept where the law requires.

For everyone

Report a concern from any lesson or from the safeguarding page. We acknowledge urgent reports within one staffed hour, during the hours shown there, and others within one working day. These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales.
