Safeguarding and reporting

If a child is in immediate danger, call 999. The NSPCC helpline for adults worried about a child is 0808 800 5000. Childline, for a child, is 0800 1111. Riding Hall is not an emergency service.

How filming works here

Only a private lesson is filmed. The coach confirms the area is clear and only the booked rider is in frame. A child is filmed only with a parent's or guardian's permission and the child's own agreement, and the child's no stands. The video goes straight into the record, never to a camera roll, and is seen only by the rider or their guardian and the coach.

Raise a concern

Anyone may report a concern about a lesson, a coach, a guardian or anything else. Reports go to our safeguarding lead and are acknowledged within one staffed hour when urgent, otherwise within one working day. Staffed hours: the hours shown on this page once agreed with your coach.
